Whitelisting Instructions
If
you've signed up for our newsletter but aren't getting it, spam
filters are probably the reason. For this reason, you may need
to "tweak" your spam filtering service or application...it
should only take a few minutes, and we'll be able to rock again!

Filtering
Programs and Subscriptions
If you have
purchased a program or subscription spam filter, you probably
already know how to tweak it. But if not, browse the list for
your spam filter below and lets rock!
AOL 9
• Open the e-mail.
• Click the "Add Address" icon on the right
• The email address is pre-populated in the "Address
Card for New Contact" pop-up.
• Verify that the pre-populated information is correct.
• Click "Save".
AOL 8
• Open the e-mail.
• Click the "Add Address" icon on the right
• The email address is pre-populated in the "Contact
Details" pop-up.
• Verify that the pre-populated information is correct.
• Click "Save".
AOL Netmail
• Open the e-mail.
• Click the Add to Address button on the right side of
the screen.
• Click Save.
ATT.net
•If your Spam-blocker is enabled and our email was screened
as spam, forward the original message as an attachment to this-is-not-spam@worldnet.att.net.
ATTGlobal.net
•Your Graymail folder contains all potential spam e-mail.
(The Graymail folder appears on your Spam Control page only
after you activate the "Filter" option. Before you
activate that option, there is no Graymail folder.) If one of
our emails is marked <<POTENTIAL-SPAM>> forward
the email to notspammail@attglobal.net.
Bellsouth.com
You must opt-out of MailGuard™ to receive e-mail from
rockscarlet.com. Forward our email to this_is_good@bellsouth.net
to have it whitelisted.
Earthlink
• Open the e-mail.
• Click "Add Sender" in the upper right of the
header.
• The name and address from the email are added to the
Address Book.
• In the "Address Book Editor", verify that
the pre-populated information is correct.
Gmail
• Open the e-mail.
• Click "More Options" in the email header.
• Click "Add Sender to Contact List".
If one of your Rock Scarlet newsletters has
been filtered into the Spam folder, you can prevent that ever
happening again:
•Click on the Spam link to open your
Spam folder.
• Click on the wrongly filtered e-mail to open it.
• Click the Not Spam button at the top of the
e-mail (right next to "Delete Forever").
Hotmail
• Open the e-mail.
• Click "Save Address" at the top of the message
header.
• Verify that the pre-populated information in the "Save
Address" form is correct.
• Click "OK".
Can't see images? In the upper right corner
of the message window, click "Show images & enable
links."
MSN
• Open the e-mail.
• Click Save Addresses.
• Click Save.
Outlook
• Open or Preview the e-mail.
• Right-click the From address.
• Click Add to Outlook Contacts.
• Click OK.
Outlook Express 6
• Open the e-mail.
• In the "From" field, right-click the name
of the sender you wish to add to "Contacts".
• Click "Add to Contacts" on the shortcut menu.
• Click "Save and Close.
Outlook 2003
• Open the e-mail.
• In the "From" field, left-click the sender
icon, or right-click the name of the sender you want to add
to "Contacts".
• Click "Add to Outlook Contacts" on the shortcut
menu.
• Click "Save and Close
Seanet.com
Click on Quarantine report to list all blocked messages. When
releasing an email from the daily Quarantine report, add our
email address, ,
to your white list to bypass the spam filter.
Please e-mail spamfilter@seanet.com to enable
or disable the Quarantine report for your email address and
to notify them of any false positives/missing emails..
USA.net
•Login to your e-mail account.
•Then click on Services. Select "Override" to
have the message bypass your spam filters.
•Add our email address, ,
to your whitelist.
Yahoo!
• Open the e-mail.
• Click "Add to Address Book" link on far right.
• The name and email address from the email are pre-populated
in "Add to Address Book" page.
• Verify that the information is correct.
• Click "Add to Address Book".
Other Providers
• Open your e-mail address book.
• Add our email address, as
a new contact
• For more specific instructions, please contact your
e-mail service provider.
Filtering Programs or Subscriptions:
SpamCop
If
you're using SpamCop to filter your incoming e-mail, you can
exempt The Rock Scarlet Newsletter from the filtering process
by adding the "From" address to your Whitelist. Here's
how:
• Open your browser and go to this page: http://webmail.spamcop.net/
• Log into your SpamCop account.
• Click on the Options icon in the toolbar.
• Under Mail Management (in the middle), click SpamCop Tools.
• Select Manage your personal whitelist.
• Near the bottom, where it reads "Click here to add to
your whitelist", click on Click here.
• Enter the address
in the first empty slot.
• Click Submit.
SpamAssassin
If
you're using Spam Assassin to filter your incoming e-mail, you
can exempt The Rock Scarlet Newsletter from the filtering process
by adding the "From" address to the Whitelist in your
User Preferences. Here's how:
• Search your hard drive for the spamassassin folder, then open
it.
• In that folder should be a file named user_prefs. Open it
with a text editor (Notepad, for example). If there is no such
file, you can create it. The detailed instructions are at http://spamassassin.taint.org/doc/Mail_SpamAssassin_Conf.html.
• Make a new (blank) line in the file. On that line, enter whitelist_from,
followed by the address 
• Save the file and close it.
Spamkiller
If
you're using McAfee's Spamkiller to filter your incoming e-mail,
you can exempt The Rock Scarlet Newsletter from the filtering
process by adding the "From" address to your list
of Friends. Here's how:
• On the Spamkiller sidebar, click Friends.
• Click Add.
• Enter the address 
• Click the OK button.
Mailblocks
If
you're using Mailblocks to filter your incoming e-mail, you
can exempt The Rock Scarlet Newsletter from the filtering process
by adding the "From" address to your "Accept
Mail From" list of addresses. Here's how:
• In Mailblocks, click the Addresses tab.
• Select New.
• Enter the address 
• In the Receiving Options, select Accept Mail From This Address.
• In the Other Options, make sure Display in People Picker is
not selected.
• Click Submit.
• Click OK.
MailShield
If
you're using MailShield to filter your incoming e-mail, you
can exempt The Rock Scarlet Newsletter from the filtering process
by adding the "From" address to your list of Friends.
Here's how:
• On the MailShield toolbar, click Friends.
• Click Add.
• Enter the address 
• Click the OK button.
MailWasher (we use this one, check
it out free )
If
you're using MailWasher to filter your incoming e-mail, you
can easioy exempt valued e-mail from the filtering process by
adding the address
to your list of Friends. Here's how:
• In MailWasher, select Tools.
• Select Blacklist & Friends.
• On the right-hand side is the "Friends" list. Click
the Friends Add button.
• Select Plain
address.
• Enter the address
then click OK
• Click OK again.
CleanMyMailbox
If
you're using CleanMyMailbox to filter your incoming e-mail,
you can exempt The Rock Scarlet Newsletter from the filtering
process by adding our "From" address to your Whitelist.
Here's how:
• Click the Whitelist button.
• Add to the list the address 
• Click the Submit List button.
Oddpost
If
you're using Oddpost to filter your incoming e-mail, you can
exempt The Rock Scarlet Newsletter from the filtering process
by marking it as "Not Spam"--but only if it has been
incorrectly identified as spam in the first place. Here's what
to d
• Find any e-mail from Investment U that's in your Probably
Spam folder.
• Click on that e-mail to select it.
• Click the Move to Inbox and Mark as Not Spam button.
Spam
Inspector
If
you're using Spam Inspector to filter your incoming e-mail,
you can exempt The Rock Scarlet Newsletter from the filtering
process. Here's how:
• Open Outlook.
• On the Spam Inspector menu or toolbar, find and select Manage
Friends List .
• In the Add a New Friend area, select E-mail .
• Enter the address 
• Click the >> (add) button.
• Click Close .
Spam
Interceptor
If
you're using Spam Interceptor to filter your incoming e-mail,
you can exempt The Rock Scarlet Newsletter from the filtering
process. by adding the address
to your list of Trusted senders. Here's how:
• Open Spam Interceptor and select Authentication Lists .
• Click Trusted .
• Enter the address 
• Click Add .

Sleuth
If
you're using Spam Sleuth to filter your incoming e-mail, you

to your list of Friends. Here's how:
• Open Spam Sleuth.
• From the File menu, select Configure .
• In the Friends category, make sure Active is selected.
• In the space provided for the list, make a new (blank) line

If
you're using Spam Butcher to filter your incoming e-mail, you

by adding the address
to your Know Senders list. Here's how:
• Open Spam Butcher and click the Configure button.
• Select the Known Senders tab.
• Under Known Good Senders and Recipients, click Add .
• Enter the address
and click OK .
• Click OK .
Spameater
If
you're using Spameater to filter your incoming e-mail, you can
exempt The Rock Scarlet Newsletter from the filtering process
by adding the address
to your list of Approved Senders. Here's how:
• On the Spameater sidebar, click Filters .
• Select the Approved Senders tab.
• Click Add Filter .
• In the Address space, enter the address 
• For Address Type, select Full Email Address .
• Click OK .
SpamNet
If
you're using Cloudmark's SpamNet to filter your incoming e-mail,
you can exempt The Rock Scarlet Newsletter from the filtering
process by adding the address
to your Whitelist. Here's how:
• Open your Outlook Inbox.
• On the Cloudmark SpamNet toolbar, click Options .
• Click Advanced.
• Select the Whitelist tab.
• Click the Add button.
• Enter the address and
click the OK button.
• Click OK again, then Yes, then OK one last time.
SpamPal
If
you're using SpamPal to filter your incoming e-mail, you can
exempt The Rock Scarlet Newsletter from the filtering process
by adding the address
to your Whitelist. Here's how:
• When SpamPal is running, find the SpamPal icon in your Windows
system tray and right-click on it.
• Select Add to Whitelist .
• Enter the address
